To strengthen team cohesion, facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration, alleviate employees’ work pressure, and foster a harmonious and dynamic corporate culture, the company organized a three-day team-building event for all employees from January 1 to 3, 2025. All staff gathered together to pool their strengths and discuss the future in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
During the event, the company meticulously planned a variety of engaging activities, including ice-breaking interactions, team competitions, and fun collaborations. There were both group games that tested teamwork and coordination, as well as leisure experiences that allowed for relaxation. Employees actively collaborated and showed mutual understanding and tolerance, breaking down departmental barriers and building mutual understanding and trust through laughter and joy.
